🔁 Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sillage, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the care and precision behind every perfume decant we prepare. However, we understand that things may not always go as expected.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of perfume decants and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Please ensure your selection is correct before placing an order.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  1. 🚫 The wrong product was shipped
  2. 💧 The item arrived damaged or leaked in transit

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

💰 2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only under these conditions:

  1. We shipped the wrong product
  2. Your package was damaged or lost in transit (must include proof)
  3. Your return was approved under the valid return conditions

⏳ Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method once the issue is verified. Also, Online payments may take longer.

🔄 3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If your product qualifies for a return, you may request a refund and place a new order separately.
